My name is Amanda Diaz and I have always lived in New Hampshire. I love seeing our history and natural things. Though when I say history I mean the cultures of times past. I love hiking and just feeling the wind or the sun through the tree tops. Or in my part of the world the ice on the trees. I find the simple things in life are important. Though keeping a balance of the times is important too. I would rather read a book or rake leafs then watch TV.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing for new experiences and to find myself again. I do not want to have regrets when I am older. Being afraid of the unknown and liking the safety of what I know has made me stale.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a lot of different things. Thrillers to Romance to supernatural, it just has to be interesting. One day I might watch a marvel movie then 10 cloverfield. Its the mood I am in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Became a girl scouts leader. It was probably one of the scariest things. Telling you being a leader of 10-15 little girls is crazy. Lol loved every minute of it. Standing on Mount Washington with the 100 mile per mile winds (awesome). Driving to Niagara falls and over all those man made heights. I am so afraid of man made heights. Its also the best feeling to do it anyways. After all this the best thing in my life that I have ever done is to raise my two children. Then being told by my grown up children to go get a life.
