Sport is my life, physiotherapy is my job and passion. I am inspired by music, by arts, by books, by smart talks, by adventures. I am curious about world, people, other cultures and I like to know things.
I am on the 3rd grade studies in Academy of Physical Education in Katowice. I am doing researches about self myofascial release, foam rolling, fascia therapy and equilibrium.

If you have passion and you are know a lot (i mean A LOT) I am interested.

I can tell you few things about exercises, your somatic condition and how to change it, why do you feel pain in elbow/low back/shoulder etc. Probably I could stop this pain. I will help you to feel better in your own body or I will make your body really yours before that. We can talk about psychosomatic relaxations based on: yoga, meditation, stretching or make really exhausting MMA training at the gym.
