About Me
Instagram: @pier_coscia
I’m Pier, I’m 28 and I’m from Naples!
I moved to Turin 9 years ago and I got my Bachelor’s and M.Sc. degree in Cinema and Media Engineering.
I’m an Executive Producer and Director and I worked both in feature film and commercials.
I co-founded a start-up called Safemate with 3 colleagues. The app was born to help and protect mostly women - and whoever feels that needs that - during their night travels.
I’m totally in love with emotions, in all their pure meanings and way of showing. Especially in their “absolute value” |x|.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travelled a bit, but I can’t keep always staring at the wonderful cities I walk in, without knowing how local people live it! It’s a suffering🤦🏼♂️
I’m living with this thought since I’ve been in Vietnam some years ago (as a volunteer with a charity) and for the very first time I spent time with the locals. With their rhythms, their sounds, their hobbies, their way of communicating. Obviously I’d love to share the same opportunity with people that come in Italy!
I want to really discover people, places and their emotional heart beats!

Music, Movies, and Books
For what concerns movies, I love them for their ability to translate and sublimate human emotion.
I love music. I play guitar and piano. Guess for what kind of music I’m in love?!?! Cinematic!
Jokes aside (even if it wasn’t a joke), I’m in love with neoclassical music (artists like Nils Frahm, John Hopkins, Ludovico Eunaudi, Olafur Arnalds etc.). If you don’t know them, we could make some listening session: it’s a therapy, I promise!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trying to find my balance!
(For the other things I make in my life, why should I spoiler?🤔😂)
Teach, Learn, Share
I’ll share whatever you want to learn from me, but I can’t really make a list of what I’m good at and don’t. As I said, no spoiler!
If your concern is cooking, no worries, I’m amazing (especially for pasta).
