Hi, I’m an adventurous spirit with a passion for sports, training, and everything related to travel and exploring new horizons! I’m currently living in Lisbon where I work as a Personal trainer and give some judo classes during the afternoon.

Will be travelling from September to December/January around the Southeast Asia!!

My background is deeply connected with judo, and that shaped many aspects of my life like what I decided to study and follow as a profession, having studied Sports Science in Lisbon and then Strength and conditioning in Coventry,

I have an insatiable curiosity for the world, new experiences and a desire to learn, so I'm seeking to immerse myself in different cultures and experiences.
Whether it's tasting unique local delicacies, exploring off-the-beaten-path locations, or engaging in thrilling outdoor activities, I look for every opportunity to create new memories.

Besides my passion for travel and sports; I also have a keen interest in entrepreneurship, having developed in the last couple of years a company with other colleagues named Breaking My Limits, where we look to improve fitness and sports knowledge in Portugal, using a more evidence approach to make a positive impact in our clients.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I want to meet new people with different views of the world, and that can teach me something new, besides that, being with someone that lives in the town is a huge plus.

I believe that couchsurfing will give me another kind of experience as a traveler and get me more in-depth into the culture of the countries that I'm visiting.

MOVIES AND SERIES
I love to watch many types of movies and series. My favorites movies are Lord Of The Rings and Slumdog millionaire. About series, I like Game of thrones, Breaking Bad and Black Mirror, I'm current watching Sucession.

MUSIC
I have a very diverse taste of music, but I prefer Rap and Alternative as well old classic Rock bands.
I'm starting to learn more about tecnho and trance.

Books
I love to read, it's one of my hobbies. I prefer history, fantastic and fiction books.
My favorite writers are Tolkien and Murakami.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I started an online company with two friends, Breaking my Limits, where we developed the first online complete course about hypertrophy for Personal trainers in Portugal and we give online coaching for people that want to improve their lifestyle, body recomposition or performance.

I also did 10 days of trekking in the Tien Shan mountains in Kyrgyzstan with a group climb three times close to the 4000m altitude. We had no internet or any kind of comunication and had the opportunity to camp all days and connect with the local people.

I can share a lot of information about my country, help them speak in english if they want and teach some Portuguese.
Not the best cooker in the world but can do some portuguese dishes.
I like to share stories about travels and experiences but love to hear from others people adventours even more.
