Among my favourite films and series I'd choose the Fight Club, Up!, Game of Thrones, How I met your mother and... My dearest Simpsons.

I really enjoyed reading The Physician by Noah Gordon, the Millenium Sague by Stieg Larsson and my favourite novel: Marina by Carlos Ruiz Zafón (totally recomended!).
