Hello! My name is Thamires, I'm 19 years old. I'm a scout girl in Brazil, i'm vegetarian and i'm currently studying Psychology. I have more facility talking in english or spanish than writing. I'm a nice person, committed and easy to get along with. I love to know new people, new cultures, places and languages. I usually do volunteer work with my scout group, and it's something that make me feel really good. I'm begining my journey as a traveling girl now, and I'm truly loving it.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm at Couchsurfing because I'm going to Europe next year, and we never know what can happen, sometimes things go wrong, and we need someone to help us. Also, I think it's a better way to know new cultures and places, because I will have direct contact with someone who is totally diferent than me, someone who lives in the city i'm visiting and who can show me things that by myself, I would never find out. This is precious.

My favorite kinds of music is rock, pop and reggae, I love Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Beyoncé, Pearl Jam, Maroon 5, Coldplay, Bob Marley. My favorite types of movies are adventure, fantasy (like Harry Potter and Lord of the Ring), action, comedy, and sometimes I like to watch some horror movies too. My favorites books are Harry Potter, by JK Rowling; A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin, and The Da Vinci Code, by Dan Brown.

Algo increíble que he hecho

The most amazings things i've done, were all the volunteer work i've made with my scout group, we had already helped a lot of social work institucions, planted a lot of trees, and things like things. And also, my road trip to Uruguay with my High School senior year class.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can help to take care of the house while I'm staying at it and cook some brasilian food (that is great by the way).
