Hello,

My name is Raphael, I'm 23 Years old and I come from France. It is one year since I work and travel in Australia, and this is now the beginning of a new year-long trip in South America. I was before in Costa Rica and Dominican Republic and now it's time to enjoy Panama.

I did volunteering for weeks in a small ecolodge hotel in the north of the island( I do gardening, construction, painting, animal care...) and then near the capital in an association for poor children. After that i moved from Caribbean to Costa Rica, second destination , where I'm doing volunteering in an eco project jn the middle of the mountains Mont chirripo the biggest mountain in Central America (i live without electricity, eat vegan ect..such an amazing experience !).

I want to continue traveling this way, doing volunteering in places which seem to me welcoming and interesting at the same time.
