About Me

Friendly and charming young girl age twenty. I´m really interested in traveling, meeting people and getting to know different cultures, for it it the best way to get to know the world and have an open mind. I try to find time to travel in the cheapest way posible and mingle with the locals from those cities. I find it is the best way to get to know a city.

I´m very passionate about new things, be it music, art, film, literature, photography or fashion, which it why I love attending music festivals, live concerts, film festivals, art galleries and everything that comes up.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel Couchsurfing is a good way to travel and meet new people and an easy and low-cost way, especially people who know the city and can show you the non-touristy places in town.

Music, Movies, and Books

The music genre I usually listen to the most is rock. I like bands like Patti Smith, The Cure, Led Zepellin, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Texas, David Bowie, Pearl Jam, Foals, Tame Impala, Cage the elephant, Depeche mode, Acid, The xx, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Black Keys, The Clash, Radiohead, Dirty Art Club, Moderat, Mac Demarco, and many more. As you can see I like music of all types and could never chose a single band or genre.

In Spain I usually got to festivals like FIB (Festival Internacional de benicassim), Primavera Sound (Barcelona), BBK (Bilbao BBK Live)…I would also love to go to Glastonbury, Lollapalooza and many more. I also would have loved to go to Woodstock.

My favourite films are directed by Woody Allen, Stanley Kubrick, Roman Polanski…I also love films like Pulp Fiction,A Roman Holiday, My life without me, The Godfather, One flew over the cuckco’s nest,Raer Window, The professional,The Silence of the lambs,The Unborn,La vita è bella,The Fight Club, Schindler´s List, , Requiem for a dream, transpoiting…

And I´ve always been a fan of Pippi Longstocking.

The last books I read were Umibe no Kafuka by Haruki Murakami and Just Kinds by Patti Smith. I like books like Luces de bohemia by Valle-Inclán, 1984 by George Orwell, The little prince, Brave New World by Aldous Huxley.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most incredible thing I´ve done was spending this summer in London. A sort of went on an adventure, because I didn´t know anyone there and I ended up meeting incredible people and going to amazing parties. I also walked along this amazing city´s parks and streets. I treasure these memories that I will never forget.

I´ve also taken part in exchanges in Bristol and Boston. these were the first trips I went on my own and which mad me become interested in traveling.

When I was little I used to spend my summers in Fomentera, an island right next to Ibiza and I´m also very fond of those memories.

Teach, Learn, Share

According to my friends the best thing I have to offer is my cheerfulness and my positive spirit and energy. I guess I like to see the bright side of things. We only live once and we must live intensely and in the best way possible.

I never get tired of learning and I take interest in many different areas. I guess I´m a curious person.

I can share my life experiences and my traveling experiences and, mostly, of my hometown, Valencia.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could show my hosts my city and all the places I often go to with my friends. We can go to some key sightseeing spots, some nice restaurants and bars, some cool places to party and also a nice place to just chill, like the beach or the Albufera in Valencia.
