Hi, I’m Imke, a lifestyle coach who loves writing.
Originally I am a physiotherapist. I mostly worked in the psychosomatic sector. In the field I learned a lot about how our body mind and heart are constantly connected.
I also have a great interest in personal development. I believe you always have a choice. That life, with all its experiences, is working for you, not against you. Even in moments you find yourself in total lack of focus or questioning what purpose actually drives you.
I love yoga, mindfulness, traveling, writing, meeting new people, learn from other cultures.
