One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's not just one thing. I have spent Christmas in Vienna and New Year's in Paris. I've skied the Alps and the Rocky Mountains. I've seen incredible landscapes that were so beautiful they would move you to tears. I've done Search & Rescue for the Red Cross after hurricanes and floods. I have saved drowning victims and chased down fleeing criminals. I've heard Opera sung so powerfully that I literally felt the singer's voice go right through me. I lived and worked on a farm for almost 10 years. I have loved one incredibly beautiful woman and witnessed the birth of my son.
I'm also a veteran of Standing Rock, #NoDAPL. What's next?!

I teach Sustainable Gardening, Disaster Preparedness, First Aid, Sustainability, and English.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a pretty good cook and story teller. I was trained in an Italian restaurant 30 years ago and I can make almost anything now. Few things are better than sharing a meal and good conversation with new friends. (I also make sure to leave the whole kitchen super clean when we're done.)
