I grow up in Istanbul, went to German School, now i'm here studying and living in Aachen with my girlfriend from high school. We both love travelling and exploring the world and like meeting new people from all around the world. We always travel when we get the chance, without doubt! Little tips for Aachen:
Aachen is a small city, therefore i would totally recommend you to explore the city by foot. Start in Ponttor, which is the old gate of the city. Go straight down to the Pontsstrasse and find yourself in front of the famous Rathaus. Drink a german beer in front of it. Also the Aachener Dom is behind of the Rathaus so you can visit it easily. I also recommend you to visit Elisenbrunnen which is the center of shopping.
If you have enough time take a bus to Vaals, which is a very small but very cute border city of Netherlands. Have a breakfast in Kickartz, very delicious sandwiches!

to Drink:
Cafe Kittel (nice place sometimes with great jazz music)
Sudoase (cheap place where only locals go with jam sessions on Thursdays and Fridays)
Domkeller (a place where students visit a lot, very crowded on Fridays and Saturdays)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love travelling. Before I met couchsurfing I stayed at hotels or at airbnb houses. Some airbnb houses that I stayed were like hotels. In that point I realized that I don't want a room just with a bed and a gardrobe in it. When I visit somewhere I want to be a part of there. Because of that I thought that I need couchsurfing! I hope I can meet many people from different places and we can make great memories!

I like Sci-Fi movies the most. The music I listen depends on my mood. I like discovering new musics. I always make new playlist out of musics I discovered while travelling. I love watching Kubrick's and Jensen's movies again and again. To give an example about my books, I read Saramago's books nowadays.
