hello! i am emma, an american painter, new to the city of Barcelona, but thus far very much loving the city and its people. I spend quite a bit of my time painting, but I very much enjoy going out for a nocturnal drink and dance at the week's end. I love to meet new people, especially others in the arts, and share stories over a coffee or wine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In two separate, strange bursts of energy, I cycled across north america twice, self supported. The long days spent cycling up mountains, through deserts, cities, and along beautiful coastlines and the nights spent under the stars, in kind strangers homes, and churches inspired a love of seeing new places and hearing strangers stories that i carry with me today.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and bake for both new and old friends and leave a trail of drawings wherever i go. I will always love to return the favor and open up my house to warmly welcome you.
