About Me

I'm in a chapter of my life where I'm working on becoming more empathetic and socially aware. I believe there's always a way to help, which is why I stay informed and support causes that aim to improve our communities. I'm a feminist, an open-minded and curious person, and I follow a vegetarian lifestyle—not as a restriction, but as a personal choice that I enjoy and respect in myself and others. I've traveled extensively throughout Mexico—I've truly explored my country deeply. Now, one of my goals before turning 30 is to enjoy discovering other countries at my own pace. My biggest dream is to visit Norway to see the northern lights and attend a julefest concert by my favorite band. Traveling fuels me. I love taking in new landscapes, immersing myself in other cultures, capturing the scents and vibes of places, and keeping them as joyful memories. Photography, biking, video making, and painting are some of the ways I connect with the world. I'm currently pursuing a master’s degree in technology and always eager to keep learning. I'm a calm Mexican soul—shy at first, but kind, respectful, and deeply appreciative of the richness of different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love to travel with open eyes and an open heart: connecting with locals, discovering hidden gems beyond the tourist spots, and learning from real-life experiences. I usually travel solo, but I never feel alone when I meet people who enjoy sharing their culture, their city, and their personal stories.
I truly believe the best way to know a place is through the people who live there, and Couchsurfing makes that kind of meaningful exchange possible. I also appreciate honest tips to make my trips more affordable, enjoyable, and memorable in a genuine way. I'm a calm, curious, and respectful traveler. I deeply value when someone takes the time to show me something special, share a local insight, or simply have a real conversation.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to indie pop and bedroom music, especially from Norway—there’s something about the atmosphere that I love. Lately, I've also fallen into the world of K-pop... and I have no regrets (hehe).
Some of my favorite movies are A Little Princess , The Girl with the Needle, Biutiful, and Babel—I <3 Iñárritu.
Lately, I’ve been really into Korean literature. Han Kang is one of my favorite authors—her writing is delicate, intense, and deeply human. I'm always open to recommendations from other cultures too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve had the chance to do some pretty amazing things! I’ve worked at concerts of my favorite artists (yes, I was living the dream), helped many people through NGO, and even contributed to setting a Guinness World Record at work! My career has taken me on some exciting paths—from working in the automotive industry to collaborating with gaming streamers and tech projects. It's been a fun and surprising ride, and I’m grateful for the creative, dynamic environments I’ve been part of. I'm also currently studying a master's in technology, always looking for new ways to grow and challenge myself.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love sharing a little piece of Mexico wherever I go. I can bring tequila, Mexican chocolate, or anything special you might need or want from my country—just let me know!

I also enjoy gifting books, small artisanal crafts, or cooking something traditional if there’s a chance.
More than anything, I’m happy to share good conversations, cultural exchange, and positive vibes. I travel with an open heart and love learning from others while also offering something meaningful in return.
