I am an art student from South Africa studying my postgrad course in Illustration. I am also a part time florist and enjoy being surrounded by colour and nature. I enjoy drawing and reading children's books and goofing around a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to listen to Chopin and Tchaikovsky. Anything with a piano and cello in I will enjoy. Some of my favourite movies are of the Neo-Realism movement in Italy (directors like Fellini) and of the French New Wave movement (directors like Godard and Rohmer). I like to watch films from foreign countries because it feels like I am traveling when I am watching them. I also enjoy a good book. A good book that I read recently was 'Candide' by Voltaire.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time, I managed to grow a lettuce all by myself!

I am a considerate and a passionate individual. I will bring excitement and a pair of new eyes to the host family. If the family has a child, I would love to draw and play and read with them!
