Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why i am on couchsurfing? I dont even think this is a serious question!
the first time i heard about it I was thrilled! this is an amazing idea to travel the world and of course meet new people and new civilisations!
Tourism and travels shouldnt be only for sightseeing!
It should be about actually meeting the world there and get whole new experiences! The easiest way to actually explore a place is with the people who live there and know every little corner of the place..where to have fun where to eat right and where to meet new people! its a beautiful innovative idea! why shouldnt we a part of it?
