Mizan is from Bangladesh, where he founded a disability services and rights organization, the Physically-challenged Development Foundation (PDF). He is pursuing his doctorate in Disability Studies at UIC. He was previously a fellow through the Atlas Corps Inc. and the Asia-Europe Foundation, and has been honored as one of the "Forbes 30 under 30."
He also worked as a Training and Grant specialist, Community Options, Inc. Princeton, New Jersey, USA (2015-16) and at BRAC as a consultant for the BRAC Youth Project (2013-15) . He is an enthusiastic public speaker and taled in money confarance and leadership training in Australia, New Zealand, Indoneshia, Bangladesh and the United Stats. He loves travelling, photography, videography and reading story of life.
