Overview
About Me
Utah born and bread but I've been fortunate enough to do a lot of traveling for both work and play. I'm easy going, and enjoy meeting new people. Although I usually plan out my travels, I'm always up for a spontaneous adventure. I'm usually not a fan of supper touristy things and enjoy exploring local hole-in-the-wall type venues. I really enjoy the contrast of being in a rugged wilderness one day and being in a bustling metropolis the next.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Taking some time off and exploring the world. Trying to extend my travels by saving money and also want to meet new and interesting people who can give me the local scoop on what to explore.

Music, Movies, and Books
As far as music goes, I've been really into bluegrass/folk americana music but I can fine the value in most artists and musical genres. As far as books and movies and enjoy stories or ideas that either challenge my world view or encourage a different way of thinking.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
While traveling through Vietnam, I found myself flirting with a Vietnamese woman at the airport in Hui. This was strictly through eye contact since we didn't have any common language. After our plane took off she sang to me mid flight and I was compelled to return the favor with the entire passenger cabin as my audience.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm always happy to share my story and ideas. I am also happy to listen and hear the stories of others.
