About Me

Hi! I live in a peaceful village near the coast, alternating between my partner's place and mine. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest, recharge, and be close to nature—this might be a good fit.

I’m based in Oostvoorne, a small town next to the forest (1–3 km away) and just a 10-minute drive from the beach. There's no public transport to the forest or beach, so having your own car or bicycle is helpful. Bikes can be stored safely indoors.
Historic city of Brielle is just a few kilometers by bus away.

Public transport to Rotterdam takes about 1.5 hours (bus + metro), so we're best suited for nature lovers and slow travellers rather than city explorers.

Sleeping arrangements: there’s a bunk bed in a private room. We can fit an extra person on the couch in the livingroom if necessary.
I just moved here, I haven't changed my couch photo's yet 😁

Looking forward to host people who appreciate calm, quiet and nature.

Due to the many weird requests and taking my safety in consideration, I don't host men when my boyfriend isn't around. Unless you're a couple (+ m/f) of course.
Also: a build-in safety question to see if you've read my whole bio: state in your request the name of your first pet (or your friend's).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Celebrating Christmas (afternoon mass) at the Notre Dame in Paris. Yes, I was furtunate to be able to actually have a seated place.
And Christmas Eve at a smaller church in Paris, between locals, with some friends-for-a-few-days from the hostel.

What I Can Share with Hosts

HOSTS
My hunger for collecting experiences when I'm traveling is what I can share. Even the tiniest experiences are worthy enough.
Hearing about the way you manage your life (or not), enjoy nature/culture in a small of grand way, philosophize over a pint in a bar, just beiing in someone else's home, hearing different kids of birds then at home, ...

I love both to listen and talk.
And I also can enjoy not doing anything.
