Hi! I'm Wilfred. Lived in Goa & Maharashtra most of my life so far. Medical student now at MGIMS (Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram).

The Vagabrothers have been my inspiration when I started travelling. Now I travel mostly to meet new people, take a break from the regular life, do stuff that I wouldn't do otherwise and most importantly to have fun!

I want to travel all around India before I move abroad to continue my studies or maybe to work... I usually travel solo but I'm never alone on any of my trips.

The whole thing where you make friends on a trip and they start feeling like a part of the journey, is my favourite thing about traveling. Being able to be a part of so many new lives in such a short time feels like magic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like most people here on Couchsurfing.com, I started because I wanted to save some money while traveling.
It did work for me that way but another thing I discovered is the amount of connections you make while you couchsurf. Making friends is my #1 motive now, as I couchsurf.

I live at a hostel myself so I can't really host a lot of people but I still try to hang out with people and help fellow travellers out in all ways that I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to a variety of music really. Favorite genres, to name a few, would be alternative, classical, EDM, sometimes pop and I like R&B/Rap too. I listen to old Gazals and Sufi songs as well. I listen to all sorts of music. lol

Movies: No specific favorite as such but I LOVE MARVEL. Big fan of HP/LOTR etc. There's a lot to mention.

Books: I don't read. I ONLY write. Reading isn't my thing really.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've cycled 200km in around 11 hours. It was a Brevet.
I have trekked to Dodital and Darva Top (14000 ft above sea level).
Had the best Omelette in India.
Plus I can give a mean back massage!
