I'm a New Zealander on tour in the Americas, currently living on an island on the Caribbean Coast of Panama. I'm heading towards BC to see some friends and hopefully settle for a bit to work.

I am a traveler by nature, I regularly take care of other travelers when I'm settled in a place putting up a roof or providing a hot meal.

More specifically to Couchsurfing, I'm organising crewing on a sailing yacht across the Caribbean to Florida then traveling overland across the continental US from Ft Lauderdale to Idaho then eventually on to Vancouver.

I want to explore the South from the world of hip hop in Atlanta to the Nashville scene and via Colorado on my way up to the polar opposite end of the country!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My tastes are extremely broad, I love hip hop and electronica in all its forms, love roots and reggae, blues and bluegrass, rock and acoustic ballad-y type stuff, indie, rockabilly, swing, you name it.

I devour books, carry dozens in digital form and can never resist carrying at least one or two in paper form. I love biographies, historical stories, philosophical stuff, big ideas, bleak ideas and dystopias, nonfiction, science and speculative fiction, short stories.

As for films, I'm a sucker for stuff that makes you think. My favourite directors are Darren Aronofsky, Shane Carruth, Chris Nolan,

The best thing I can offer is an international network of friends. If you want to travel in New Zealand I've got you covered! I can help with the best bits of Australia too, parts of Latin America, multiple places in Europe including Germany, Spain, France and the UK.

I can teach guitar, basic Spanish, and share stories from all over the world! I'm a certified rescue scuba and freediver and have helped a few people with their diving although I'm not certified to formally instruct!
