First of all, I can offer to my guests a good freshly ground coffee.

Although I spend most of my day studying at home, I’m my own boss :) so I can make some adjustments in my routine to explore the city together, if you want to, especially on weekends.

I also have close friends and relatives living near my house and they can join us.
