About Me

I am a young Film Director from Budapest, Hungary. I have recently graduated with masters degree at the Edinburgh College of Art. I am 26 now, coming from a big family - I have 5 siblings.

I have lived in Spain for 4 years when I was a child - I did learn to write and count in Spanish first.

Last fall I have spent 2 months as a volunteer in France, in the village called Taizé. I loved being there, spending time with other young people, organizing the daily life of the visitors, playing with them, talking to them. I believe those encounters shaped me in a very good way.

I love nature, especially lakes and tall trees.

Travelling is very important to me, as it gives me opportunity to open myself, open my world, and be more sensitive for the unknown, the wonder of life.

My aim is to build bridges between people, nations and cultures. My dream is to make films that can lift you up, can give you hope.
I am trying to show the essential things in life - those deep needs that humanity seems to forget these days.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my very first time crossing the ocean and visiting the United States. I am very curious to meet people, to learn about their life, their culture. As a storyteller, I am very interested in how people think and who they are.

Also, I met a fantastic girl from the United States last November. We only had one week together, but we kept in touch since then. She lives on the west-coast. I am crossing now the whole country by bus to see her again...

I am really happy to see so many people still trust each other and are open to welcome visitors like me... it shows there is still hope for us :)

I can teach you some Hungarian (which is a fantastic language by the way), give you some very special Hungarian poems, and teach Spanish too :)
