About Me

I'm a travelling passionate, who's starting to adventure myself in new experiences, cultures, learnings and sharing all my lessons in this life. My biggest dream is to travel helping people with their difficulties, problems and bringing them a full experience of awakening's consciouness. People normally call me a "zen person", but I have my moments haha but I can be really cheerful ok? One thing I love is eating, mainly junkie food like cheese burger (who doesn't? but serious, I love so much food haha). I'm the kind of person who applause the sun, I don't know if this is common on other places, but in Brazil people who loves nature normally does that to contemple and be grateful for another beautiful day. If I could choose, I'd live in a place who a I can see the sky full of stars, sadly in Sao Paulo because of the pollution, we can't appreciate that, just in the cities away from the capital. I've a connection with the sky (sun, moon and stars), I really don't know explain that. I've a boyfriend and we are together since almost 2 years now and we love to travel, but normally we just travel together to places in Brazil, because of money reasons (travelling is really expansive to other countries with the reality of Brazil :t like beer, actually any alcoholic drink. Sorry about that :(

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I actually discovered this tool recently and I'm amazed because I believe so much in sharing just for share in trade of a good companionship, experiences and beeing near another cultures. We have an app in Brazil that calls "Tem açúcar?" (Do you have sugar?), it's an app to borrow everything, works like that: you say what you need and people around you (you can set the radar area) contact you to say "Hey! I can lend you what you need!". It can be a cellphone, a lawn mower or a ladder, it's amazing! So I'm here to find a place who receive me to experience new adventures in my life.

Music, Movies, and Books

I looove latin music, reggae, trance, techno organic. I'm a bass/groove lover. But I also listening to everything, except Sertanejo (a brazilian rythm haha). My favorite book is "The Book Thief" and my favorite movie is "Across the universe" (I don't like musical movies but, girl, this ooone got my heart so deeply ♥). My favorite type of books are fantasy, sci-fi and drama. My favorite type of movies it's pretty like my book's type but I add to the list: comedy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember the day that I volunteer myself to raise money to an ONG (NGO) in Brazil who help misery people to construct their houses. These people live in houses that isn't safety, it's made with cardpapers or a wood that is really weak and it's construct above clay normally. So when it's raining a lot, they have their house inunded, they lose everyhting (they have almost nothing but to them it's everything!) and sometimes they lose even the house that isn't strong enough. They don't have basic sanitation, so it's really a danger situation even for their healthy.
Well, to raise money we did have to go on the streets and ask for money to everyone at the traffic light, and was so so so hard. Because a lot of people just ignored us, closed the window to not listening to us, and we were asking for any cent, not a big amount of money. Even explaining what is about the NGO, some people didn't even care. I remember a woman, who was doing her eyebrow in the mirror of the car while I was trying to get her atention, she didn't even look me at the eye and she just said to me "I'm not interess". It was like a punch in my stomach, I almost cry but I said "Ok, I hope you never need to pass trough what these people pass everyday. Have a nice day.". In Brazil its common to poor people ask for money in the traffic light. The poverty in Brazil is really sad and injusty. But in a moment of the day, a person who was passing with his bike, stopped me and give me a safe box fulled of money, so that was the moment that I started to cry. My heart was so warmed, my faith in humanity was restore on that moment. Was an hard experience to be on the place poor people suffer everyday to get a cents to survive, to eat or drink something, but it was also amazing because I raised so much money to help those people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really need learn more about yoga. I need to practice more my English and I'm totally open to learn new languages, about the culture's place. One day I really want to learn surfing. I can talk about my knowledge about the universe and the energy that we are all connected with it. About the Brazilian culture and I can try to teach Brazilian Portuguese. My favorites tv series, songs and movies. I can teach you how to DJ but you need to have a CDJ haha. I can share my shoulder and ears to listening to you, I'm a great listener and I can advise you too. I love to do that btw.
