Overview
About Me
I lived in Italy, Wales and London, and now in Valencia. Single, I'm good at skating and playing football and I'm learning French, German, and naturally - being here - some Valencian. Like many people I feel I don't have enough holidays for what I want to explore.
I don't drink beer, wine, coffee and (unfortunately) even tea unless decaffeinated. But I like Limoncello (I have enough in my kitchen)!
If you ever think of bringing me a present, it must be edible 😛.
I am a Senior Computer Software Engineer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I host because I like meeting people and I am considering living a nomadic life in the future.
I have made a preliminary map of points of interest for Valencia like I previously did for London... https://www.google.com/maps/d/edit?mid=1k53F_x-o1KOgNIUqBu7yKhEwtJMY980&usp=sharing ...but the only "route" I suggest is to walk in the Turia park as much as you can 🙂
If you need help planning the visit in London, have a look at this map (and make suggestions): https://drive.google.com/open?id=1WAvR2fZHu8VI57r13xcQ1VLd8Pw&usp=sharing
A lady I hosted said that I should write in my profile that I look for a girlfriend. 😆 Let's see how many I scare away... 😆 ; I'll spend a little time by myself, for once😁

Music, Movies, and Books
Whatever music, film or book, it really depends on the effort from the creator and interpreters. Well, maybe 70s-80s music in a roller-disco could make me even dance on skates, but as long as it's not just factory noise and as repetitive as a cog, I can listen to it.
Whatever list I can put here would sound limited, but let's write up something.
Some books and films I read and watched: Fantasy (Dragonlance, The Wheel of Time, The Lord of The Rings films, A Game of Thrones/A Ring of Ice and Fire). I like all films with Robin Williams. From Big Bangs to Black Holes.
Series: Wednesday Addams, Dead Like Me. Yeah, you know, happy themes... Well, no, seriously, watch them. And yes, the theme they have in common is badass girls with "nuts" and a brain.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Some classy goalkeeping for my city's team.
Dived with a parachute.
Arrived at the starting point of a group trip for 15 people in the USA just on time by the minute, despite all odds, to then discover that the other 14 would be 3 days late; yes, they were all 3 days late.
Teach, Learn, Share
Can teach Italian language and Italian cooking.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A comfortable inflatable queen mattress and utilities in my attic in Valencia, with amazing views of the city. I can cook too and love it.
