Passionate about travelling and exploring the world with my wife, Danus. When at home gardening from spring to autumn, growing figs, tomatoes, and everything what is edible and tasty in a tiny garden. Having two cats at home, they are always looking for trouble but we are loving them. :)
Personally I'm a lil' bit of an introvert, but quickly open up if i have a good conversation with a like-minded travel nerd/food lover folks who are excited to get to know different cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

More like a funny failure.. Wanted to hitchhike to Beograd, then stuck at the Hungarian/Serbian border at a petrol station, walked back 10 kilometres at night and spent the night at a bus stop in a small village.
Then a year later managed to do a quite longer trip with our 20+ years old cabriolet through Serbia, Bosnia-Hercegovina and then get down to the border of Montenegro while getting through enormous hilly roads.
Quite a lot of people just fly somewhere but i think it's more amazing if you enjoy the journey to get there as well.

I tend to hyperfixating on hobbies year after year, recently that is the utter desire to make better and better neapolitan pizzas. At least nobody stays hungry around me.. :D
