Hey and welcome! I’m a commercial engineer from Pereira, Colombia, but I’ve been lucky enough to call a few places home. At the moment, I’m in Shanghai for a hotel management internship, switching gears from the corporate world to hospitality!

I was working remotely for a non-profit organization as a project manager, and that experience opened my eyes to the power of working for a mission rather than just a profit. It changed how I see the world.

I used to work as a Flight Attendant in Dubai for two years, which is where my love for exploring different cultures really took off. Before that, I was an Au Pair in Los Angeles and Paris. It was actually in Paris that I discovered Couchsurfing, I used it to meet locals while traveling around France, and I absolutely loved how it turned solo trips into shared adventures.
