Sophia and Totem:
We are an adventurous duo. Sophia and Totem have traveled the world together.
I am a 27 year old Greek-American. Born and raised in the US. I work in an immigration law office with my partner, Sam. We are a great team in the office, a great team parenting and love moving our bodies together doing thinks like acroyoga and backpacking.
I have been on several world exploring trips and I am courageous! I have lived deep jungle, on a Greek beach with lots of animals, high in the mountains on a long distance hike, and in many other beautiful, amazing places.
I am also a community organizer for my intentional community in Boulder, Boulder Creek Community. We live in cohousing. So I have one group house and we meet daily or weekly with many of the other houses within a minute of us.
Totem is an incredible 4 year old. He is sweet and funny. Conceived in Bolivia, born in the US, and has grown up both in Boulder and around the world.
I am passionate about becoming a better person. I find joy in being with people and building deep and lasting relationships.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been couch surfing on my old account that I shared with my ex for years. I have had many wonderful experiences around the world with this. I would not have gotten such a eye opening locals perspective if it weren't for Couchsurfing. I have told many people about it. I also look forward to hosting and introducing my community to more international people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked across the island of Vanuatu and met people who are just coming out of a purely indigenous life with the same humanity as me and some extra words of wisdom.

I would be happy to teach or talk about my community life, cooking, mountaineering, raising a 4 year old, or gardening.
I would like to learn more about other cultures and languages.
