I’m Luis Fernando, from Ipiales Colombia

It is a very pleasant and exciting thing for me traveling and meeting people from different cultures. My dream has always been to know distant and exotic places where I can learn new art forms and crafts and doing so expand my vision of the world. I like to talk to people and pay attention to their ideas, dreams and projects, and to exchange knowledge in different areas. I am an open-minded person with whom it is easy to deal with.

I find myself writing a couple of books: one of poetry and another of travel chronicles that have become my life project, I think I need to continue traveling to find the inspiration that I need to continue with good writing material. I appreciate all kinds of artistic expression: music, theater, painting and literature, in fact everything that characterizes each culture, country or tribe. I have experience in teaching since I worked as a teacher of Spanish, English and socials in schools and private tutoring; I want to work with the community, to help in their different needs and challenges.

I'm on Couchsurfing because of the chance of meeting people with experience in travel, so I can fill myself
with the motivation to go on the road. I'm interested in hosting travelers from different cultures and languages in my appartment and visiting diverse places in the world
