I am a curator based in Copenhagen, Denmark. I run a live music venue / art collective / independent record label called Noisy Beehive based in Cph. The organization is putting the accent on adventurous music and works in the fields of contemporary dance, theater and visual art. I play music myself too, currently with experimental folk band Mavi Express we are recording an album and playing mostly in Denmark.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To have a more direct experience with the people in the countries I am traveling through. And to be honest, saving money is a factor too.

It's hard to pin down as there as so much.
Everything from 70's classical rock to 80's hardcore, post-punk. American underground from the 90's. Sonic Youth. Indie rock. Experimental rock. Jazz music. Free jazz improv. Noise music. Ambient. Classical. Electronic music. Folk and roots music from various countries.

I love movies. I like art films, European cinema, American Independent cinema. New wave. I also like to see a blockbuster if it have substance.

I like reading. My favorite book is Hopscotch by Julio Cortazar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe living in Malawi for 6 months was quite amazing. At least from my own development as a person.
