Hi! I am currently traveling in Colombia to get closer to my latin roots! I was born and raised in Quebec, one of the french speaking provinces of Canada, from a canadian dad and a venezuelan mother. I am a cultural worker who also has an art practice in abstract drawing. I relate a lot to the automatist movement in my moments of creations because of it's freedom it offers to the viewers interpretation of the work. I also am a big bike lover who will get around every hill on my one speed. I graduated university a few years ago in a cumulative degree in art history, feminist studies and visual arts. Since then I have been wondering what the hell is happening when you finish you studies and I am here figuring it out. Love to share and spend time in simplicity.

You don't just travel for the places, you travel for the people and Couchsurfing is a great way to meet locals! Getting to know the space a country occupies is great and especially here in Colombia, every place i've visited have been soo sooo beautifull. But nothing compares to getting to know a glimpse of the people I visit. I am so grateful on how open people have been yet.

I've been a very big Rosalia fan for the last years, Motomami was a pivotal point in my understanding of what it is to be every changing as people, to give eachother space to explore the moment lived. It's also just really intersting in composition in my opinion! Love Saya Gray as well, Kendrick Lamar and a recent favorite is Theodora.

I am currently reading about the ancient wolds of South America and an essay on photography by Susan Sontag.
