I am a 19 years old guy from a small town in Southeast Germany and just graduated high school. In a September I will be starting my EVS (European Voluntary Service) in Armenia. In the few months I have left until that I really would like to go traveling since I had the opportunity to do so only very rarely in the last few years.

Besides traveling I am very much interested in art, architecture, music and fashion but do not care much about sports. I also am into photography and really would like to get more professional in that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I like the idea of meeting new people when I am traveling abroad (especially when I am going alone) and to get to know locals that can also show you around a bit. It seems also to be a great way to get to know the culture of the places I want to visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to lots of music of many kinds of genre.
Some favourite artists of mine are Beyoncé, Lana del Rey, Madonna, 30 Seconds To Mars, The Killers and Leningrad.
When it comes to movies I like to watch those more which are not produced at Hollywood.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really like learning new languages even though English is the only one I am really good at.
I still can speak some very basic Spanish and French but my knowledge is nothing I can brag about.
At the moment I am beginning to learn Russian and hope I will stay motivated to continue.
