Hello everyoune! I am Georgii, 24-years old international relations student and traveller from Moscow, Russia. The creed of my profession sounds like "The scholar on international relations has to know everything", so, I am following it as I can. I used to travel e lot around Russia and Post-Soviet region (including Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan and so on). Right now I am at the begining of my way of "wild" traveler and the member of European couchsurfing community, so, let this path be long and glorious.

It's interesting for me to maintain contact with representetives of foreign nations and cultures. I am internatonalist and I gonna enjoy communicating with everyone. In addition, having the local "ally" surely helps me to understand the surrounding in a better way. I am really interested in the history, arquitecture and local lore of the places I visit, so, I am mostly doing a big research before visiting one, as well as afterwards. However, some things cannot be provided by Google.

In general, I am a music lover, so, my tastes may vary from good rap - 21 Savage, Eminem, 2Pac - to old-fashioned songs from the period of socialism. However, lately I've been listening almost exclusively to rock'n'roll and rockabilly - Chuck Berry, Mel McDaniel, Red elvises, Iggy pop and so on.
I love good crime movies from Guy Ritchie, as well as action movies - both historical ones and, for example, "John Wick". Also suppose myself to be really fond of the Star Wars universe (of old canon, indeed).
Due to my intense bachelor studies, I have been reading almost exclusively scientific literature on the fields of philosophy, regional studies, international relations and so on. To speak about classical literature, it is since childhood that I prefer Dostoevsky, Remarque, Jules Verne, Mark Twain.

I'm extravert, so, I'm moreless capable of supporting any conversation. But, of course, I'm mostly fond of my ''profile'' theme - world history, international relations, conflictology and regional studies. So, I appreciate those ones, who are interested in what's going on in a modern world and want to increase their knowlege, as well as to tell me about the local specifics of my place of stay. I also can tell a lot about the way things are in contemporary Russia - from macro- to micro- levels, so, I really would like to be the worthy representative of my country (NOT THE STATE! In Russian language the difference is urgent).

Honestly, I am not fond of "ungrateful" stay, so, I feel obligatory for myself to provide the host by something - to bring home some food, to help with dishwashing or an ordinary apartment cleaning. It is surely not a burden for me, but the pleasure and need, as well as an expression of my gratefulness.
