Creative and mindful movement are my passions and art. My soul craves adventure and new experiences with depth through conversation and play. I like to move a lot and change paces frequently. My lifestyle consists of activities that enable me to tune out and tune into flow. The ocean is my home. I’ll be looking for somewhere to take a dip if possible. I love learning about new cultures, languages, foods, music and skills. I especially love meeting new people. I believe we are all connected and I seek to understand the teacher in everyone . Some favorites: Meditation, Yoga, hiking, traveling, cliff jumping, slacklineing, climbing, painting, reading, writing, and playing in nature.

Id like to see Europe a different way and meet friendly people that can share their stories with me. You just never know who you are going to bump into. Who will inspire you to the next level, who will keep you inspired on the same or who can remind you of where you used to be. I believe there are so many of us out there who want to give and love.
