Hi!

I’m Hande. I’m from Izmir, Turkey. I’m 24 years old. I’ve studied English Literature and became a teacher. When I graduated, I wanted to do European Volunteer Service. So I’m in a town called Pultusk in Poland. I will be working here till the end of the summer.

I love traveling and learning about different cultures. I really like to learn different languages even I’m not quite good at it :D I also like to meet people and learn their stories.

I am a very easygoing person. I am friendly and sociable. I like to talk to people and spend good time with them. I am clean and tidy.

I want to travel many places during my Voluntary service and I also want to get new friends from everywhere.

I think Couchsurfing allows people to socialize. Also it is a good way to make friends all over the world. It brings people together.

Música, películas y libros

I love all types of music but it depends on my mood what I’m listening.
Since I have studied literature, I am familiar with most of the masterpieces of English and American literature.
I like watching movies and series. Some of my favorites are Dark, Stranger Things and Rick and Morty. But the one that I like the most is Friends <3
Currenly I’m watching Himym and Lucifer.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I would like to share my experiences about Erasmus and Work and Travel. I could tell them about my voluntary service and what I’m doing in Poland.
I would like to share about Turkish culture. I love cooking, so I’d love to cook some turkish dishes if you’d like to try. Also I could teach some basic turkish words if you’d be interested :D
