Hello everyone! It's nice to meet you! :D I am Mesi, a 25 years old very positive and friendly Hungarian girl who was born and raised in Slovakia. I love traveling... I guess it's not surprising for people here XD. I love photography and taking little trips to the mountains. Nature is my third home and if I have the chance, I am always out there. My hobbies... hmm... getting lost. I am sure you know this exciting feeling when you have to find out where you are and discover new places... My friends are my family and I treat them like that, and my family is getting bigger and bigger.

Last year I finished my studies in Budapest at East Asia Master degree. I am interested not just in East Asia but most of the cultures in all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So, I came home to Europe from China in summer and I thought, okay, now I've seen one part of Asia but I haven't seen my country properly and my neighbours either. In February I met my boyfriend and he loves traveling as well so we decided to visit together a lot of exciting places (actually he has a list of those places). And I would love to travel with my friends as well! That's why we would like to try out couchsurfing. Cheaper, friendlier and more personal. What else we need?

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock but my playlist is a mix XD. From Anastacia to old old Hungarian songs :D. I am also listening to Hungarian radio which my friends say it's an old school habit xD. I love it though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was studying in Hangzhou, China for 10 months last year where I also met lot of Zambian people. I spent my days mostly with them and they became my family :D. One amazing experience was to visit their church in Hangzhou. I was the only one who wasn't from Africa there. So as a person born in Slovakia, but Hungarian went to China and made a Zambian family. International life is amazing! :3

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share with you my traveling experiences but I have a lot of stories in my life which can entertain people :D.

I can teach you some basic Chinese and a few expressions in Bemba (one of the Zambian languages) and of course in Hungarian which is my mother tounge.

I can give you a lot of advice what to visit and see in Budapest. I love this city where I am living now. My boyfriend (who is on the photos next to me, love of my life :3) and I know this city quite well, even places which are not very known by people born here.

What I Can Share with Hosts
