I graduated from university a few years ago and have been working in restaurants and traveling while I attempt to figure it all out! I love being submerged in something entirely unfamiliar and discovering things I have never experienced before. The first thing I do when planning a trip is make a list of food I need to try in each place I'm visiting; I like to eat as much as possible while traveling :'D.

I would like to experience other countries and cultures in the most authentic way possible! I think the best way to do that is by meeting local people and learning how they view and interact with the world around them. I would also like to provide the same experience for people visiting Toronto, when I can.

I love fantasy, and went through a Tolkien obsession in highschool that I think will never really leave me. The Hobbit and Smith of Wooten Major are two all time favourites. Right now I'm reading The Malazan Book of the Fallen series by Steven Erikson which is amazing.

I also love watching fantasy! Lord of the Rings will always be my #1 but I also love the movie Stardust and have watched the Disney version of Alice in Wonderland a million times.

Any type of music usually works for me, though I tend to be more drawn to lyrics that paint a really vivid picture in your mind or tell a crazy story. Wild Belle is a bit of an obsession the last while!
