I'm a personal trainer/nutritionist/yoga teacher and amateur tattoo artist who loves to travel, have fun and meet new people. I have a house in a private neighborhood. a private home tattoo studio. However I'm no angel I do drink and smoke occasionally.

I've lived in Phnom Penn, Cambodia, Ko Samui, Ko Pha Ngan, Thailand for the last 7 years. I'm originally from Toronto, Canada. But I spend most my life travelling and living in other countries. I spend most of my childhood in Bogotá Colombia so I speak Spanish and English fluently. I now live in El Carmen de Apicala, Colombia. I have a big farm like property that I'm trying to get off the grid. Looking for people who want to experience of the grid with a little glam. I'm building a farm/health & wellness centre and yoga school. Could use all the help i can get. Accepting volunteers preferably with landscaping, construction, agriculture, faming experience. All cooks chefs, yogis & athletes welcome as well!

My kitchen is always open to anyone who loves to cook. As I love to cook too.

I can also share the knowledge of all the best local activities and establishments.

I work out every day so if you're into health & fitness you have access to a professional fitness coach and yoga instructor. Training time if my schedule allows it.
