Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting cool people while traveling is always a plus! I don't travel all that much, but when I do, it'd be cool to talk to people with similar interests. I'm new to the site, and my current housing doesn't allow for me to put anyone up, but hopefully that won't be true once I get a new place in a few months!

Favorite music is varied!! Includes: Dir en grey, sukekiyo, arashi, and smatterings of other Japanese rock/pop. Joni Mitchell, Al Stewart, They Might Be Giants, The Beatles, Regina Spektor, Joanna Newsom, musical soundtracks, and a lot of other stuff.
Movies: Disney movies, The Hours, Amadeus, Noises Off, School of Rock, The Princess Bride, Studio Ghibli movies, and a lot of other stuff.
Books: Usagi yojimbo, Moomin books, Harry Potter, various sci-fi/fantasy things.

I love teaching basically anything I know how to do, which is mostly a lot of crafts and music and bits and pieces of languages. I love learning other languages too. I am more than happy to talk about anything, share experiences and knowledge, and teach anything I can help with!
