About Me
Hi! I'm interested in astronomy and travel mostly as I want to make the most of my life and think it's our duty to see the world and appreciate it!!
I have a cat, a double futon bed and a large sofa, live in an upstairs flat in Rotherham just next to Sheffields shopping centre Meadowhall. I drive and am happy to drive guests to Sheffield or nearby places in the morning when I go to work and collect you on my way home. I've got a guitar, keyboard and electric drum kit in my flat, WiFi and can cook quite well. I have a telescope and some awesome binoculars and a little balcony
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm hoping to go travelling with my boyfriend at some point (ASAP! ) so wanted to meet some people who can share some cool stories and tips :)
Interests
- music
- astronomy
Music, Movies, and Books
I love anything by Brian Cox and have most of his books and dvd's, Rick and Morty, like most music (current favourite is Frank turner) popular and alternative
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My friend went teaching English to Thai kids and I went to meet her afterwards and we travelled the south for a month :)
I've seen Brian Cox live!
I'm just about to volunteer with my boyfriend and an astronomy festival!
I want to fill this section up with loads of stuff!!!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am very interested in your stories - I know that when you've travelled and you come home, your friends will only listen to your stories for so long and then they start to get bored!! That's a terrible feeling - your stories are supposed to be shared!
I can drive you about provided it's not too far, you can play my instruments and jam with my boyfriend as he's a musician, I'll cook for you, we can use my telescope, I have space for three people if two don't mind sharing the futon, and more if you don't mind sleeping on the floor!
Countries I’ve Visited
Cuba, Greece, Spain, Thailand, Turkey
