I find peace in nature, need time in the wilderness to stay sane. Orrr at the very least - only slightly unhinged.

Wanting to meet new people and experience the local way of life.

I like to do a mix of hostel stays and couchsurfing so I can meet other travellers as well as locals

Oh god.. everything. Vonnegut, Paulo Coelho, Fowles. I love reading, though I don't get through many books due to my (idiotic, I know) tendency to read suuuper slowly so I can savour books.
Love most music. Particularly music with piano or trumpets but it's largely dependant on mood.

Snorkelling the Galapagos and driving throughout Iceland are the best things I've experienced.
Also a hike that ended with me and a friend being the only two on top of a continuously erupting volcano, watching sunrise
