Hi and Ciao. I try my hardest to fit as much cool experiences into my life, including travelling, meeting people and learning/creating new things. I hope that some day this will make up for my boring childhood.

I'm currently on a tour of parts of Europe with my good pal Rhys until I run out of funds or start university in September. I'm doing History with a module in Italian to keep up the (small) progress I made learning the language when I lived in Italy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling around and staying in Hostels is fun but staying with locals is a different thing entirely. A chance to hear about the place I'm visiting from someone who knows more than the tourist traps is great. A chance to hang out and hear their experiences about the place and themselves in general is even better and far more personal.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Fan of most things and an easy going listener but my favourite three wacky genres are:
Electro Swing
Techno Grime
Beach Goth

Movies:
Again, I can watch anything. Horror, Action Comedy you name it but my favourite films tend to be the slow ones with great tension. Fistfull of Dollars, Fargo and the opening scene of Inglourious Basterds come to mind.

Books:
History and Sci Fi with the occasional light drama/crime/etc. Currently reading 'In Pursuit of Italy' and 'The Maze of Death.'

Teach, Learn, Share

If you happen to know Italian I'd happily steal some of that knowledge. That or any tasty but easy to make recipes in exchange for a few I've picked up.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Happy to cook up a half decent meal in the eve if you'd like. If you're not fussed then the best I can do is being an up for anything kind of person. Hang out and chat with some drinks and cards is a fun night but anything from hitting some cool bars to playing monopoly works for me. End of the day it's all about enjoying the time with someone new.
