My name is 邱靖翔 (Chiu, Ching Hsiang), but it’s much more easier to call my English name Eagle. I’m currently a student studying in National Taiwan Ocean University in Taiwan. I major in Transportation Science. Born and raised in Taiwan, however, I was fortunate to stay in Trieste, Italy for two years when I was 10 years old due to my father's work. My father used to take a trip to countries near Italy on weekends, which really broadens my horizon though I was young at that time. He is also a frequent user of couchsurfing. My father and I visited a couple of Asian country by couchsurfing.
I AM 19 NOW, I FEEL LIKE IT'S TIME TO EXPLORE A NEW WAY TO TRAVEL. SO I DECIDED TO CREATE MY COUCHSURFING ACCOUNT.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My travel philosophy is simple: DON'T BE A SIMPLE TOURIST.
Not just scamming famous attractions, Not traveling with a fixed schedule, Not spending so much money on accommodation and expensive restaurants.
Instead, taking a free walk along the streets and alleyways, meeting unexpected nice people, spending money on meaningful stuff such as local cinema and stand up comedy bar......
And couchsurting is surprisingly the perfect solution to all my needs!
Also looking forward for friends around the world to visit my home country---Taiwan.

I love English songs>>>>>Chinese songs. Pop songs are the only type of song that I listen to. There's no specific singer that I can say I love the most, since I always open the music app and listen to weekly top 100.
Action movies and comedy is my type. Maybe some science fiction. Definitely NO to horror movies.
My favorite movie? I'll say "Taken".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attending Summer Work and Travel Program from June/2017 to Semtember/2017 is an unforgettable experience.
This is also my first job, and it's in a foreign country!
