Right now I'm traveling through Europe for the next 3 months (1st month with Interrail! after that on my own), because I want to get to know people, cultures, languages and everything in between better - I'm just a curious one who is easily interested in all the things there are in life.
I'm born and raised in Munich, a typical "Münchner Kindl"! My mom's german and dad's turkish - I finished school a year ago and since then did a socio-cultural gap year, so I worked in a music school near Munich.

After traveling, I plan to start studying "European Studies" next year, an interdisciplinary study program with a lot of political sciences and english studies in it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm always interested in meeting new people, having great conversations and sharing experiences. At the same time, I have a lot of fun showing people my hometown - so couchsurfing is just a naturally fit for me.

Interests

Languages and books are the two things I fall in love with the fastest - so far I learned a lot of english, a bit of french and spanish, just a little bit of turkish - and definitely read more books than I can count ;) Also I love to sing or have jam sessions with friends and write occasionally for blogs or simply on my own.

Soul is always a good idea! Nina Simone is a favourite as well as Stevie Wonder or Tracy Chapman. At the same time I like Kendrick Llamar, Macklemore, Ed Sheeran and here and there a very poppy pop song ;)

I'll read anything with a good story and authentic characters, though right now I'm reading a lot of british classics - favourite authors/poets: Austen, E.E.Cummings, J.K. Rowling
