I have a place in Valley, no furniture at this time but I do have a shower and carpeted floor.and a kitchen. Grocery across street plenty of paved parking.I also have very inexpensive laundry acess-.75 to wash and .50 to dry.

A hot shower is not easy to find in ND that is free. They all used to be but good old greed from the oil boom has bred the greed in ND.My place is a way to set things right.

Central location in the very heart of Valley City. Easy acess downtown is a walking town.This part of ND is wet and green. I've worked across entire US met great people there and here and in between . The best part of my life was living and working in Ca.Picked up that easy way and never lost it.
