About Me

Born and raised Austinite (Keep it Weird), happy go lucky positive personality. Im seeking the deeper meaning of life, through living out of the box for this phase in life. I love people, love learning new cultures and love making meaningful connections. Graduated college a couple of years ago and have been trying to answer some of the 'why' questions of our American existence.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm making my way from Austin to Northern California for some work opportunities, and I am stopping at as many of the big cities as possible to stretch my wings a bit. I'm carrying a lot of fashion inventory with me, and I love buying, selling, and bartering garments, bags and leather goods. Stores are fun, but people are the best for unique products. If I stay with you , you will probably end up with a pretty excellent gift.
After I finished school, I took a Eurotrip and hosteled in Berlin for about 4 months. The experience opened my eyes to the lifelong intrinsic value of openness and traveling, and I have to say it changed my mentality about staying put quite drastically. I hope to explore America more now with that same vision.

Music, Movies, and Books

Bret Easton Ellis, Hunter S. Thompson are among the top 2 for writers, HUGE movie nut, probably Kubrick and the Coen Brothers for directors, too much too list here. If you enjoy film, we would get along very well.
Love books about history, especially World War 2 history, love DIY efforts, customizing trucks for living space, and learning something new. I hope to learn more about mechanics, and be able to work on my vehicle, and one day build my own motorcycle and house.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived for the past 5 years working for noone but myself, doing my passion at all costs, learning life as it comes, as opposed to controlling every aspect. I live with a more Eastern Mindset, I prefer to trust the Universe to place me where I belong in this world, in this time.

Teach, Learn, Share

Crafting, oldschool austin Culture, leatherworking, all varieties of different garments and goods, fashion design. If I stayed with someone who crafted, I promise that as an artistic secondary influence we will have some fun, productive time shared.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The sum of all of my knowledge, boundless curiosity in new places and people, polite, grateful company, and fashion and style discussion. Im friendly to all types, all ways, and enjoying just chillin out, making new friends.
