Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm traveling Europe for a few months before I settle in to a long term job, so I'm up for a bit of adventure and keen to meet new people and learn about their worlds. At the same time I'm also on a tight budget, so couch surfing seems like the perfect fit.

Music, Movies, and Books

For music I'm into pretty much anything, mainly a bit of older softer rock (eg. Cat Stevens, Simon and Garfunkel) but there's also a weird mix of folk, pop, harder rock and speed metal in my playlist.

For books I read mainly fantasy series, my favorites are Wheel of Time, Malazan and Feist's stuff, also love the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

I'm not much of a movie geek but across movies and TV my top 5 are probably something like: Firefly, Game of Thrones, The Matrix, Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency and Cloud Atlas.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm relatively quiet and clean, Im not staying anywhere very long so I will probably mainly just be sleeping at your place but I'll try get to know you and am willing to help out around the house if you want. If you have any tech problems I have lots of experience as family tech support :) although other languages might be a problem.
