I've decided to couchsurf because I want to meet people who have similar interests when it comes to travelling and learning about someone who comes from another country.

I am the "up for anything" type as long as it doesn't go against my values. Bring me for a picnic/walk at the park, to a party... late night cruising around town, sit on the rooftop drinking beers while chatting, movies, cafe-hopping... are ways to get to know someone.
