I'm a videographer from Lithuania, currently finishing my studies in Entertainment Industries. Before starting my studies I spent a year volunteering in Italy working with 10-15 year old kids from different backgrounds but all with some kind of hardships in their life's. I really liked that experience, because it allowed me to learn more about myself and help others. During my time in Italy I understood how similar we as people all are and how our different stories still feel the same due to the feelings we go through them. I believe that traveling and sharing my time with others are one of the best things in the world I can have.

This is also the reason why I love my work, because it allows me to capture stories and show those universal emotions to wider audiences, helping to hopefully, connect more people. Cheers & see you in the future!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I have intensively worked as a freelance videographer for a couple of years and decided to travel for a bit this summer to reconnect with people, hear their stories, share my experiences and get inspired. I'm interested in visiting places I haven't seen before, hearing their history, seeing the monuments, trying out the delicacies and meeting the people. I think to this day, Couchsurfing is the best way to do this.

Música, películas y libros

I really appreciate culture and arts and it's different forms:
- For a few years I mostly read classic literature and non-fiction books about self improvement. The last book I read was 'All quiet on the Western Front' and now I'm looking forward to start 'Master & Margarita';
- The movie which made the biggest impression on me is 'Shawshank redemption', but I watch pretty much everything. I'm also a big fan of good television, 'Westworld' is my latest favourite;
- I really like indie rock & indie electronica, especially 'Arctic Monkeys', 'Glass Animals'.

I have been chosen as a media person and content creator for Lithuanian project 'Dance for the Dawn' accepted to participate in Burning Man festival in 2017. This experience, so far, have been one of the most amazing ones in my life!

- I can teach you Italian, I have been doing just that to a Russian friend living in Lithuania at the moment, before her trip to Italy for half a year.
- I can cook you a really nice home made Italian pasta.
- I can show you how to tell stories using photos and videos.
