About Me
Hello there! I see you've come to my profile, so let me introduce myself! I'm Jon Michael! Nice to meet you. If I had to name three things that I love they would be: culture, travel and adventure! That's why I'm using CouchSurfing! My goal is to travel all over the world, learn new skills, and pick up different languages along the way! Over the course of the next three years I will be continuing my education through online school, ultimately getting my bachelors degree in economics! Cool, huh? It's my own study abroad programme! :) I'd love to get to know you! Just send me a message or Skype me or whatever!

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite TV show is hands down Breaking Bad. Favourite film - probably Life Is Beautiful. But I love all sorts of films! My favourite book is Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In the summer of 2012, my family and another cycled 4,000+ miles across America! It took us all summer and was an incredible time of bonding, pursuing goals, and hard work.
Teach, Learn, Share
Ah. I'd love to teach you Swahili! It's the most commonly spoken language native to Africa. I've been speaking it for about 4 years now and am fairly fluent.
I'd love to teach you guitar as well! I've played for over 10 years and it is certainly a passion of mine.
I'm obsessed with film making (I used to study it in university) and would love to teach you how to become a better photographer, editor, director, or writer!
Over the next three years, I want to learn Spanish and French, so if you speak either, I'd love to learn from you!
