Hey, it's Marisha, a human bean! 🐒

I am a curious, open-minded, easy going and cheerful person who doesn't take herself too seriously. At first I usually seem a bit shy but generally I am an energetic weirdo. Spreading compassion and kindness in this world is something I care about a lot. I love adventures and people. I make sure to do the inner work and try to be mindful and reflective of myself.

I've been rebellious against the societal system since school years. I wanted to know how the world was working outside of my country walls. That led me to not choosing the university path. I started working in different places and travelling whenever the opportunity would come. This "gap year" still continues...

Currently I am in France on a long term volunteering project, living in the forest in the former campground.

I love nature and simplicity. Less is more. I love singing and dancing a lot. Those are the forces that drive my body and soul in movement.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been on CS since 2017 but wasn't really using the platform up until now. I didn't have a place to host travellers myself and wasn't in need of a couch while traveling since I would either stay at hostels or meet locals on my way. I have been hosted off CS by lovely people in different countries and these people became my friends. I would occasionally attend Couchsurfing meet-ups, in my hometown as well as abroad and it was always great to meet new foreigners, travellers, locals, share laughs and extend outlook on both big and little things. ☮️

I would like to learn playing on various instruments; learn Spanish, French and Turkish.

I can share my stories and have discussions; teach you Georgian words that will be extremely fun and hard to pronounce! As well as play around with acoyoga poses (I am just a flyer though) 🤸🏽‍♀️

Would be happy to talk to you about anything and everything. I am passionate about veganism, environmentalism, politics of Georgia, and would gladly share my vision, cook some delicious veg food, walk the city streets, tell you more about my country, have a coffee or shake booties at a local undreground club.
